How to Get Well Done Steak Easy in Mhw

In this game, none.

In previous game your stamina would drop during the quest, pretty fast. Meaning that you had to eat a steak as often as you would use a whetstone more or less.
In this game the stamina do decrease but after like 15minutes or so. And you're probably done with the quest already

It's there so you can disrespect the monster by BBQing one in front of it.

Steak is the king of meats.

Steaks restore 50 stamina instead of 25. Good for when you have those 9 faint arena quests, since you can't carry 18 rations for the worst case scenario.

Like they've said, in this game it's pretty pointless, in previous monster hunters, high rank and G rank quests didn't give you anything in the chest, no potions, no rations, nothing, you had to bring everything (which honestly felt good since you did actually have to farm) however in this game it's crappy since it's newbie friendly and they give you everything even in high rank

This game has basically reduced monster hunter difficulty by 30-40% at least to attract new players, since the previous monster hunter, the real ones, made many people angry (they never got gud)

While i do agree that the stamina system isn't as punishing as it should be, there is one thing id like to note with your statement.

The main reason this game feels easier than its predecessors is because it isnt clunky as all f*cking hell. There is a major difference between noob friendly and streamlined.
And yes, the game may not have a truly diificult end game right now, thats not to say it wont be added in. The game isnt at the end of its lifespan yet.

The real monster hunter?
You mean those games that look like they are ps2 games, have horrible UI, terrible camera controls, cheap fights and where you can zone out to be safe? Hardcore so elite!!!

I rather use ration in the box.

Or just ask handler cook the food for me.

Ration eat faster.

It's there in case some monkey grabs everything in the box.

You wouldn't use a steak for recovering max stamina in the old games. Energy drinks and rations had faster animations (and they do even now).

You did if you wanted full stamina. Energy drinks didn't pump your max stamina up. And rations were scarce.

wait your stamina drops? (jk)

steak is for "i brought literally nothing, no prep" and i need to be self sustainable from map items only. theres always raw meat to be found on every area 1 map so you dont go hungry.

so in expeditions its handy, and for multihunt monsters its also considered. but yeah, free rations are still more than enough for players who cant craft ancient potions yet.

I disagree with that slightly. MHW was my first MH game and I was raging how big the entry point is set, that there is lot's of weird mechanics, that there is no real tutorial and all this stuff (by ex. for the first few hunts I didn't know that weapon needs to be sharpened - dumb me).

After some time and git'gudding I thought it would be interesting to check other titles and bought MHU4 with 3DS, and by surprise this game is not extremely difficult either, just normal game. When you know what is what and where - things get easy. There is more dodging and running and waiting for an opening than in MHW, but it's not so much difference in core mechanics. It is easier in MHW to stay on monster side and push combo after combo that in older games where this triggers monsters to roll or do a carousel with tail.

MHW is easier, but not as easier as everybody says here.
